6. Location Data

Jaringan uses your device's location to suggest lunch partners nearby. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior we deem inappropriate, harmful, or unsafe to the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Jaringan are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jaringan is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees regarding match quality, availability, or outcomes of any lunch meetings. We are not liable for any personal or legal issues resulting from user interactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaringan, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the app or interactions with other users.
